Operating Hours
The Orientist Spa opens daily from 10.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. last treatment starts at 9.00 p.m.

Reservation
To avoid disappointment, kindly book all spa treatments and services in advance. Treatments may be purchased individually or as a package. Credit card number is required at the time of booking to secure an appointment.

Check - in
Please check in at Spa Reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. You will have sufficient time to wash and prepare yourself for the treatment. We regret that late arrivals will be subject to reduced treatment time.

Preparation
If you wear contact lenses, please remove them before a facial treatment. To enjoy the treatments, we request that no jewelry be worn. The Management of The Orientist Spa accepts no responsibility for the safety of money and valuables that are kept on the spa premises.

Etiquette
To maintain the peaceful sanctuary of the spa, we request that all visitors to the spa keep their conversation level down to a minimum.

All mobile phones, pagers and electronic devices must be places on silent or vibration mode. We have a safety box to keep electronic devices for our client.  Smoking and consumption of alcohol within the spa is prohibited.

Payment Policy
The Orientist Spa accepts cash and all major credit cards. All prices are quoted in Thai Baht and are subject to 10% service charge but include 7% VAT. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
           
Cancellation Policy
As the treatments you select are reserved especially for you, any cancellation short of 3 hours advance notice would be subject to a 50% cancellation charge. Full charge will be imposed for a “no show”.
           
Medical considerations
Spa facilities, treatment and services that involve heat therapies are not advised for guests who;

1. Are pregnant;
2. Have high or low blood pressure;
3. Have a heart condition;
4. Have breathing difficulties; or
5. Have a severe case varicose of broken veins and capillaries.

Kindly consult your physician before using any of the spa facilities, treatment and service.

Refund Policy
Treatment packages, courses, products and memberships are not refundable, transferable or exchangeable.
